ingredients

sundried tomatoes in oil
cream cheese, room temperature
sour cream
mayonnaise
salt
scallions or green onions, minced

 

instructions

  1. Drain and chop tomatoes
  2. Puree all ingredients except scallions in food processor
  3. Add scallions, pulse twice
  4. Serve with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables
