Melt peanut butter and butterscotch chips in the microwave – about 2 minutes
Stir and re-microwave if needed
Let mixture cool for 10 minutes
Add marshmallows & put in an 8×8″ pan

This recipe is easy to double (just use a 9x13" pan) and freezes well. It's a hit with kids, and goes down great with a cup of black coffee - or so my mom says!
